Rathbone Dining Hall is a unique campus restaurant with a gorgeous view overlooking South Campus and the greater Lehigh Valley. Renovated in the Summer of 2017, Rathbone has options to satisfy any cravings or dietary needs. The new Diner at Rathbone serves up breakfast favorites at every meal. It also features a grill that serves up fresh, hand-pressed Smashburgers, hot sandwiches, fries, and, of course, chicken fingers on Fridays. Guests can also request made-to-order sandwiches and a dedicated fryer keeps our vegetarian friends happy as well. In addition to the diner, Veg Out serves fresh vegetarian entrees while Simple Servings exclusively offers allergen-free meals. Lehigh's award-winning bake shop can satisfy any sweet tooth, offering a wide-selection of fresh-baked cookies, cakes, pies and other treats. Open until 10pm, Sunday - Thursday, Rathbone's flexible hours allows Lehigh students to enjoy a delicious meal almost any time of the day.
