Introducing the latest addition to our food truck fleet: The Purple Pita! Boasting Middle Eastern cuisine, featuring hand-harvested Halal meats, the Purple Pita puts a modern twist on classic flavors. Customizable features include Beef, Chicken or Falafel Shawarma (in a Pita or Bowl with choice of house-made Sauce), Hummus Bowl and our Grilled Mediterranean Flatbread.
